Job summary

Whitman, Requardt & Associates, LLP in Jacksonville, FL seeks an experienced CEI Senior Construction Engineer to develop and expand the CEI practice in Northeastern Florida from the Jacksonville office. You will drive growth, manage client relationships, and lead CEI teams on FDOT and local government projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in civil or construction engineering or related field.
• Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 8+ years of FDOT CEI/CM experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEI growth and staffing of the Northeastern Florida practice from Jacksonville.
• Develop teaming partner and client relationships with FDOT and local governments.
• Prepare CEI scopes, budgets, and proposals; manage contracts from award to closeout.
• Ensure high quality work, client satisfaction, and accurate invoicing.
