Job summary

Consor in Florida is seeking an experienced regional CEI leader to oversee construction inspection teams across Western Florida, from pre-construction through final acceptance of DOT and municipal projects.

You will lead, coordinate, and ensure alignment with contract documents, budgets, and schedules while collaborating with regional leadership and corporate functions in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, or related engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

Responsibilities

• Guide a regional CEI team in executing DOT and municipal projects (milling, resurfacing, bridges, drainage, earthwork, utilities).
• Lead project direction and ensure adherence to corporate procedures and policies.
• Identify and pursue eligible profitable projects for Florida CEI units.
• Serve as project executive on multiple projects and guide staff on contract processes.
• Perform monthly CPM schedule reviews and approvals.
• Communicate with owner representatives and contractors to resolve contract challenges.
• Prepare documentation for final estimate submission throughout projects.
