Job summary

Kraus-Anderson is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to direct and coordinate large project teams across preconstruction and execution phases. You will partner with leadership to set performance goals, mentor project managers, and advance KA market sector strategies in Minnesota and beyond.

The role requires a four-year degree plus 15+ years of PM/executive experience in construction, with strong communication, planning, and client-relations skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years related work experience with PM/executive oversight.
• Proven experience in project management or executive roles on water/wastewater projects.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and coordinate multiple project teams from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines and schedules with teams to meet milestones.
• Monitor progress through regular meetings to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Prepare reports for executives, clients and stakeholders and adjust plans as needed.
• Lead development of training standards and mentor project managers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and lead business development efforts.
