Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and coordinate activities of their team in Construction Management and General Contracting.
• Assist in proposal writing, review project proposals, drawings and plans to determine time frame and resources.
• Direct strategic planning and lead business development and client relations.
• Review project activities, costs, operations and forecast data to measure progress toward goals.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure projects progress within budget and schedule.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
