You will influence proposals, staffing, and project execution while partnering with owners, architects, and the planning team to deliver high quality results.

With a minimum of 10 years experience, you’ll guide a team, drive business development, manage budgets, and ensure successful project profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while delivering customer service
• Strong time management and prioritization to meet goals
• Uphold company values and professional conduct
• Provides guidance and feedback to team members and supports development

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate activities of the Construction Management and General Contracting team
• Review project proposals, plans, and schedules to determine resources and timeframes
• Support business development and client relations with strategy and leadership
• Monitor costs, forecast data, and progress toward goals across projects
• Coordinate with operations leadership to assign projects and ensure timely completion
• Develop relationships with clients, vendors, and subs to sustain growth
• Prepare reports and adjust plans to keep projects on budget and schedule
• Ensure compliance with KA policies and project management standards
