Job summary

Kraus-Anderson seeks a senior construction leader to direct and coordinate team activities in the Construction Management and General Contracting marketplace. You will guide project staff, manage resources, and ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

You will develop client relationships, contribute to business development, and provide strategic leadership across project teams. This role requires extensive experience in construction management and a collaborative, results-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 10 years related work experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and provide strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee and coordinate activities of the construction management team.
• Coordinate pre-construction services for projects.
• Lead business development and client relations efforts.
• Monitor project costs and schedule to meet goals and budgets.
• Guide project staff; assign duties and ensure timely completion and profitability.
• Build relationships with clients, subcontractors and vendors.
