Job summary

Kraus-Anderson in Minneapolis seeks a senior construction leader to direct multiple project teams in the construction management and general contracting marketplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years related work experience.
• Proven experience in project management or executive roles, overseeing multiple projects.
• Proficient in MS Office and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Travel 25-75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage large projects with multiple team members from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and schedules with project teams to maintain contract and project milestones.
• Monitor project progress through regular meetings with CE or non-metro DOO to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
• Review project activities, costs, operations, and forecasts to track progress toward goals and objectives.
• Prepare project reports for CE, non-metro DOO, clients, and other stakeholders; review status reports prepared by project personnel and modify schedules or plans as needed.
• Ensure all project work is completed in compliance with KA processes and procedures.
