Job summary

Kraus-Anderson Incorporated is seeking a seasoned Construction Management leader to direct and coordinate our team in the construction management and general contracting marketplace.

You will partner with owners, architects, and project teams to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery while maintaining KA's high standards. The role emphasizes leadership, strategic planning, and strong client relations in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college/university or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years related work experience.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and maintain high customer service standards.
• Ability to lead with strong work ethic and uphold company values.

Responsibilities

• Direct, oversee, and coordinate activities of the team in construction management and general contracting.
• Coordinate pre-construction services for projects.
• Contribute to business development and client relations.
• Monitor costs, schedules, and progress toward goals; report to leadership.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and manage project profitability.
• Provide guidance and feedback to team members and drive project planning.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
