The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of related experience, strong MS Office and project management software skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and project management software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong time management, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to safety policies and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals, plans and specifications to determine time frame, funding, procedures and resources.
• Establish work plans, scheduling and staffing for each phase and arrange recruitment as needed.
• Read and understand drawings and specifications.
• Develop a network of business associates, subcontractors and vendors.
• Coordinate activities with project staff to ensure progress within budget and provide technical guidance.
