Job summary

Stellar, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Project Developer to lead construction project management planning and execution, ensuring design requirements, schedules, and financial objectives are met. You will govern standards and tools across the project lifecycle while coordinating with multiple departments to achieve on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires strong leadership, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with travel up to 25%

Qualifications

• BS degree in construction management or related field; 10+ years of project management or preconstruction experience, especially large/complex construction projects.
• ProEst and Procore experience is a plus; familiarity with Primavera P6/MS Project, Building Connected, 3D BIM.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% and ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Lead client and proposal management activities, including planning, estimating, and scheduling.
• Coordinate between company and client leadership for contract negotiations and scope adherence.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocations with stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to project teams across preconstruction, construction, and closeout phases.
• Monitor progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on time and on budget.
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.
