The role collaborates with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors, drives value engineering, manages risk, and supports proposals and GMP deliverables for complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in preconstruction or similar role.
• Proven track record in managing preconstruction phases of large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all preconstruction activities.
• Develop accurate budgets, schedules, and project plans.
• Lead the preconstruction team to meet deliverable dates and owner requirements.
• Identify and mitigate project risks alongside business leaders.
• Support proposals and development of GMP deliverables.
• Balance multiple priorities to drive project success.
