You will guide junior engineers, collaborate with architects and contractors, and ensure projects meet codes and safety standards across our diverse portfolio.

The role focuses on delivering economical, high-performance solutions while managing budgets, schedules and resources, with leadership to grow the team and strengthen design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of structural engineering experience with successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and analysis of complex structural systems for buildings.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulations.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop economical, high-performance design options and implement final solutions.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources effectively.
• Provide mentorship to designers, junior engineers and staff.
• Review submittals, drawings, calculations and reports.
