Stellar, headquartered in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Senior Structural Engineer to lead design and analysis of complex structural systems for buildings. You will guide junior engineers, collaborate with architects and contractors, and ensure projects meet codes and safety standards across our diverse portfolio.

The role focuses on delivering economical, high-performance solutions while managing budgets, schedules and resources, with leadership to grow the team and strengthen design standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of structural engineering experience with successful project delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead design and analysis of complex structural systems for buildings.
• Ensure compliance with codes, standards and regulations.
• Oversee planning, scheduling and execution of projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors and stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Develop economical, high-performance design options and implement final solutions.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources effectively.
• Provide mentorship to designers, junior engineers and staff.
• Review submittals, drawings, calculations and reports.
