Job summary

Stellar Energy is seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Senior Project Manager in Jacksonville, FL (with potential Fort Worth, TX coordination). The role involves ensuring project setup, monitoring budgets, coordinating contracts and procurement, and preparing client deliverables.

Travel up to 40% may be required; a background in construction/engineering/management and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Background in construction, engineering, or management.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or management related discipline.
• 5 years’ background and/or experience in construction, engineering, or management.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project kick-offs and communications with stakeholders.
• Monitor budgets and provide input into project financials.
• Coordinate contracts, materials, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Assist in adhering to project management SOPs and documentation.
• Support project closeout activities and client deliverables.
