The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction quality leadership, strong knowledge of industry standards, and experience with Six Sigma, Lean, or ISO Lead Auditor

Qualifications

• Trade School or Two-Year Degree
• Advanced certifications such as Six Sigma, Lean or ISO Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality management role, preferably within construction.
• Documented 5+ years in the construction industry at/above Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer level.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct thorough quality checks at various stages of the project lifecycle to identify and address issues.
• Oversee continuous improvement of all processes using feedback and data to enhance quality.
• Collaborate with project teams to establish and maintain quality benchmarks meeting client expectations.
• Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for senior management.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and best practices.
