Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Cost Manager to assist in developing and managing the project financial strategy. You will work with the project management team to manage budgets, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts, generating reports and identifying variances and risks to improve cost procedures and align with management strategy.

You will collaborate with accounting, executives, subcontractors, and clients, applying cost engineering, estimation, and control activities

Qualifications

• Requires 5–10 years of project cost experience.
• Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls.
• Experience in cost engineering, estimation, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage project budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts.
• Generate and maintain reports for management and stakeholders.
• Identify variances and risks and support quality control of cost procedures.
• Collaborate with accounting, project managers, subcontractors, and clients as needed.
• Ensure integrity of cost and forecast reporting.
