Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or related field.
• 5–10 years of project cost experience.
• Minimum 4 years in construction.
• Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls, and construction execution practices.
• Experience with PMWeb/DataServ/Excel/JD Edwards or similar software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the project financial strategy.
• Manage budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts.
• Generate and maintain reports for different groups.
• Identify variances, risks, and maintain quality control processes.
