Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• 1-4 years of Project Cost experience.
• Knowledge of PMWeb, DataServ, Excel, JD Edwards or related software.

Responsibilities

• Cost engineering, cost estimation, cost analysis, and control activities for projects.
• Review project documents to identify, develop and track change orders and baseline estimates.
• Coordinate with accounting for billings, payments, and cost reporting.
• Collaborate with project team and clients to communicate financial impacts.
