Job summary

Clayco is seeking a Project Cost Manager to support the development and management of the project financial strategy. You will collaborate with the project management team to manage budgets, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts, generating reports for variances, risks, and forecasting accuracy.

Responsibilities include cost engineering, estimation, analysis, and control activities, while maintaining quality and transparency in all cost management deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering, or construction management.
• 5–10 years of project cost experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Knowledge of project development stages, procurement, project controls, and construction execution practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development and management of the project financial strategy.
• Manage project budget, costs, change orders, pricing requests, billings, and forecasts.
• Generate and maintain reports for variances, risks, and cost control procedures.
• Ensure integrity of cost and forecast reporting across disciplines.
