Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Project Control Analyst to act as the financial link between operations and corporate finance on active construction projects ranging from $20M to $1B. The role reports to the Project Manager/Executive with input from the regional controls lead, with hands-on site involvement.

The candidate will oversee financial reporting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, and contract administration while driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other business-related fields.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly project financial forecasts and cost reports.
• Monitor project cash-flow and KPIs.
• Process Change Orders, procurement, and subcontractor administration.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract review and readiness.
• Coordinate with project team and trade partners on site.
• Support internal audits and compliance.
