Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to serve as the financial advisor on active construction projects. You will bridge field operations and corporate finance, leading project reporting, risk monitoring, and compliance across a portfolio from $20M to over $1B in value.

You will work on project setup/closeout, owner contract reviews, lien waivers, and monthly status reporting, with a strong emphasis on process improvement and safety on site.

Qualifications

• Pursuing undergrad or master's in CM, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Business with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Interest and passion for the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financial reporting and monthly cost reports.
• Monitor risk, compliance, and KPI performance across projects.
• Manage subcontractor requisitions and accounts payable processing.
• Support monthly project forecasts and cash-flow monitoring.

Education

Undergraduate or master's in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Winter 2026/Spring 2027)
