Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to act as the financial liaison for construction projects, overseeing reporting, compliance, and processing for projects valued from $20M to $1B. The role blends field operations with corporate finance to drive accurate cost reporting and timely forecasting.

The position requires a bachelor’s in a business-related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with project accounting, procurement, and contract administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and reliability of output.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Compile owner requisition and manage subcontractor requisition and accounts payable processing.
• Assist with project setup, closeout, and owner contract review and readiness.
• Manage field payroll and inventory; monitor consumables and equipment.
