Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to act as the financial liaison between operations and corporate finance on active construction projects. This role reports to the Project Manager/Project Executive with input from the lead Project Controls Manager in the region.

On-site collaboration with the project team and trade partners is required as you manage financial reporting, compliance, and contract administration for projects ranging from $20 million to $1 billion in contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other business-related fields, or similar relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly cost reports and forecasts for projects.
• Lead change order monitoring, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Assist with contract administration, owner contract review, and insurance management.
• Coordinate with project team, subcontractors, and owners to ensure project priorities are met.
