Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Controls Analyst to serve as the financial advisor on active construction projects, bridging site operations and corporate finance. You will lead project reporting, risk monitoring, and controls across a portfolio from $20M to $1B+.

In this on-site role, you will collaborate with project teams, review owner requisitions, manage subcontractor payments, and support closeouts.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree (or master's) with expected graduation Winter 2026 or Spring 2027.
• Interest in construction industry and project finance.
• Experience with project controls, cost reporting, and procurement a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead project financial reporting and forecast updates.
• Monitor costs, budgets, and cash flow for multiple projects.
• Support contract administration, change orders, and lien/insurance tasks.
• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and owners on financials.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and KPI monitoring.
