Job summary

Clark Construction Group seeks a Project Controls Analyst to serve as a trusted financial resource for construction projects and the liaison between operations and corporate finance. This role handles financial reporting, compliance, and processing for projects ranging from $20 million to $1 billion in contract value.

This position reports to the Project Manager/Project Executive with input from the lead Project Controls Manager, working closely with project teams and trade partners on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with reliable output.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Compile owner requisitions and process subcontractor payments.
• Support monthly project forecasts and cost reports.
• Monitor change orders and project cash flow.
• Liaise between field teams and corporate finance to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
