Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Project Controls Analyst to be a trusted financial resource for construction projects and the primary liaison between operations and corporate finance. This highly visible role covers financial reporting, compliance, and processing on projects from $20 million to $1 billion.

The position reports to the Project Manager/Executive with input from regional leadership and involves hands-on site work, contract administration, and leadership of project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or similar field.
• 2-3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist with project accounting and administration tasks.
• Compile owner requisition and manage subcontractor AP processing.
• Monitor field payroll and project setup/closeout tasks.
• Support monthly project financial forecasts and cost reports.
• Track KPIs and lead change order monitoring & reconciliation.
• Coordinate contract administration, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly job status reports and participate in project close-out.
• Develop relationships with owner, engineering, and design counterparts.
