Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and reliable output.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly project financial forecast.
• Prepare monthly cost reports.
• Monitor key performance indicators.
• Lead contract administration, change orders and payments.
• Develop relationships with owners, engineers and designers.
