Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Project Controls Analyst to serve as a financial resource for construction projects ranging from $20 million to $1 billion in value. You will be the liaison between operations and corporate finance, handling reporting, compliance, and project control activities on-site at Virginia projects.

The role requires strong Excel/Office skills, detail orientation, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred degree from an accredited college or university in Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or other business-related fields or similar relevant work experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Careful attention to detail and reliability of output
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Provide financial reporting and compliance support for multiple construction projects
• Coordinate between operations and corporate finance
• Prepare monthly cost reports and cash-flow forecasts
• Monitor change orders and contract administration
• Lead project close-out activities and turnover of manuals
• Develop relationships with owners, engineering and design partners
• Support procurement, scheduling, and field payroll management
• Train and develop project team members
