Job summary

Vantage Data Centers is seeking a Director of Electrical Engineering to lead the design and development of data center spaces across current and future projects. You will oversee electrical design, define standards, and ensure compliance with codes while guiding a multi-disciplinary team through concept to construction.

You will collaborate with Delivery, Mission Critical Operations, Sales and external partners, drive innovation, manage budgets and schedules, and mentor engineers to deliver

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering required or related field.
• US-based PE license strongly preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in electrical design and construction for data centers.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and engineering initiatives for data center projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver compliant electrical systems.
• Oversee QA/QC and mentor engineering staff to ensure technical excellence.
