Job summary

Vantage seeks a Director of Site Operations to lead two data center campuses, ensuring safety, reliability, and operational excellence. You will oversee power, cooling, building controls, and life-safety systems, while driving continuous improvement and maintaining client confidence.

You will manage senior staff, align operations with corporate objectives, and partner with engineering, security, IT and customer success teams to embed operational considerations in design and expansion activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in mission-critical facilities, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale data center operations.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and building management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for day-to-day operations of two data center campuses.
• Maintain 24x7x365 operational readiness of critical infrastructure.
• Develop and manage annual site operating and CAPEX budgets.
• Directly manage senior operations staff and shift teams.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, ISO, and other standards.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and executive leadership.
