Job summary

Turner & Townsend is hiring a Senior Program Scheduler to create and manage schedules for large-scale construction programs. You will use Primavera P6 and Tableau to plan, analyze, and report across a portfolio of projects, collaborating with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.

Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field and 5-7 years of experience are required; AACE scheduling certification is a plus. On-site presence may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree related to construction required.
• 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiar with drawings, specs and contracting.
• Ability to convert data into Tableau reports.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage schedules for large construction programs.
• Analyze schedules and report trends for portfolios.
• Review EPC schedule logic and ensure integrity.
• Develop E2E master schedules using rolling wave planning.
• Collaborate with contractors and subs for timely updates.
• Produce monthly progress reports and monitor issues.
