Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Boston seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to lead scheduling for large-scale construction programs. You will create and manage schedules with Primavera P6, analyze logic, and collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure schedule integrity.

The role requires 5–7 years of experience in construction scheduling, a degree in a related field, and proficiency with Tableau. On-site presence in the Boston area is expected with a pathway to delivering monthly progress

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with drawings, specs, and construction contracting.
• Ability to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

• Implement best practices and reporting trends.
• Create and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and oversee schedules using critical path method.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Produce look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) from P6 for reporting.
• Develop E2E master schedules using rolling wave planning.
• Update schedules in line with Program calendar and planning principles.
• Resource loading and overview of utilization.
• Identify and trend movement to key float paths.
• Track quantities using S-curves.
• Prepare and update monthly progress reports.
• Monitor for issues delaying the schedule.
• SOX control responsibilities may apply.
