Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in construction scheduling.
• AACE planning/scheduling certification preferred.
• Experience building a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with drawings, specifications, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Review E/C schedule logic and perform critical path analysis.
• Produce monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain schedule integrity.
• Develop end-to-end master schedules with rolling wave planning.
• Identify dependencies and monitor key float paths.
