Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks a Senior Program Scheduler to join our team to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The successful candidate will support deliveries across data centers, infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, and energy sectors.

The role requires experience with Primavera P6 and Tableau, strong communication, and the ability to develop detailed master schedules and monthly progress reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or field related to construction.
• Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience
• Certification by AACE in planning/scheduling is preferred.
• Prior experience building a complex master schedule
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction contracting.
• Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs.
• Use Primavera P6 and Tableau to develop project schedules.
• Review engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
• Maintain schedule integrity with project managers and contractors.
• Prepare monthly progress reports.
