Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler to create and manage scheduling for large-scale construction programs. The candidate will support delivery across data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, and energy sectors with exposure to complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field, 5–7 years of experience, and proficiency with Primavera P6 and Tableau.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of applicable experience.
AACE certification in planning/scheduling is preferred.
Prior experience building a complex master schedule.
Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and contracting.
Able to convert data into Tableau reports and graphics.

Responsibilities

Create and manage schedules for large-scale construction programs.
Develop and analyse project schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau for multiple projects.
Review and understand engineering, procurement and construction schedule logic.
Maintain schedule integrity with critical path analysis.
Collaborate with PMs and contractors to align on schedules.
Produce monthly progress reports and look-ahead schedules.
Monitor and communicate project issues that could delay the schedule.
