Job summary

Blue Origin, in Florida, seeks a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a portfolio of large construction and facility projects. You will guide a small team, manage budgets and schedules, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for manufacturing and test facilities.

The role requires strong cost control, regulatory understanding, and experience with complex contracts in a fast-paced environment. U.S. work eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive PM roles on facilities/new construction.
• At least 5 years supervising others.
• Experience with permitting agencies and stakeholders.
• Read and interpret building codes and NFPA/IBC.
• Develop cashflow forecasts and monthly updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of project managers.
• Hands-on project and program management of a large construction portfolio.
• Manage facility projects to support manufacturing and test requirements.
• Communicate with leadership, project stakeholders, and outside agencies on all aspects of projects.
• Build annual CAPEX budget and ensure portfolio is executable.
• Support stakeholders’ requests for project estimates in a dynamic environment.
• Ensure Blue Origin Florida receives high-quality completed projects on time and on budget.
