Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in the United States is seeking a Senior Project Manager, Secure Facility Expansion, to lead a multi-site secure facility construction program, driving planning, design, construction, and government accreditation across locations.

You will manage master schedules, budgets, and executive-facing status reports while coordinating with internal teams, general contractors, architects, and government coordinators.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for a multi-site secure facility construction program, including planning, design, construction execution, and government accreditation across multiple sites.
• Manage and report on a Master Schedule spanning all active construction sites, tracking milestones and critical paths.
• Own program cost management and budget tracking, including cost estimates, change orders, and cost-to-complete forecasting.
• Serve as primary owner's representative in weekly OAC meetings, coordinating between Blue Origin teams, contractors, and architects.
• Coordinate the government accreditation process with Security and IT teams, including CSPs and AO coordination.
• Identify, track, and resolve program risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate to executives.
• Develop and maintain status reports and executive briefings for senior leadership.
