Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead on-site construction programs from planning to closeout at the Austin, TX facilities. You will coordinate with Engineering, Project Controls, and Construction teams to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met, while guiding safety compliance and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of On-Site Project Management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, Visio).
• Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate with diverse teams, and ensure schedule and budget adherence.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and complete construction projects from initiation through closeout.
• Provide field oversight, create schedules, and manage subcontractor contracts.
• Develop and maintain project documentation and reporting; ensure safety and compliance.
