Job summary

Blue Origin in Florida is seeking a Senior Program/Project Manager to lead a small team and oversee a broad construction portfolio supporting manufacturing and testing across the Merritt Island facilities. You will drive design, procurement, and delivery of CAPEX projects while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and contracts, apply cost controls, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution, with a focus on safety and quality in a dynamic

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressively challenging PM roles on facilities projects > $80M.
• 3+ years supervising others.
• Experience with permitting agencies and stakeholders.
• Ability to read and interpret building codes (IBC/NFPA/Fire Code).
• Proven cost estimating and cashflow forecasting experience.
• US citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Licensed Florida contractor or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of project managers.
• Hands-on PM of a large construction portfolio.
• Manage facility projects to support manufacturing/test needs.
• Communicate with leadership, stakeholders, and agencies on all aspects of projects.
• Build annual CAPEX budget and ensure portfolio is executable.
• Support stakeholders with project estimates in dynamic environments.
• Ensure Florida facilities deliver on time and on budget.
