Blue Origin LLC is seeking a Sr Manager of Construction to lead a portfolio of industrial facilities projects on the Space Coast, FL. You will manage design/build, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and drive cost control and timely delivery for a high-value CAPEX program.

The role requires mastery in budgeting, scheduling, and contract oversight, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in progressively challenging project/program management roles on facilities projects.
• Experience with construction projects valued at over $80M.
• Minimum 5 years of direct supervision experience.
• Able to interact with permitting agencies and stakeholders.
• Experience reading building codes and related standards.
• Proficient in cost Estimating, cashflow and scheduling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of project managers for a large construction portfolio.
• Oversee design/build/renovation projects and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, consultants, and authorities having jurisdiction.
• Develop annual CAPEX budget and maintain cashflow forecasts.
• Support project estimates and change orders in a dynamic environment.
