Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead major construction initiatives across our facilities. You will oversee planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring budgets, schedules, and quality standards are met while collaborating with engineers, controls teams, and site leaders.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of on-site project management experience, proficiency in PM tools, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of on-site project management or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
• Ability to walk construction sites, climb stairs, and work in varying conditions.
• Experience with PM tools such as MS Project, P6 Primavera, PMWeb, or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee construction projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide field oversight and develop customized schedules.
• Negotiate contracts with General Contractors and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage all project documentation.
• Review compliance with state and government regulations and ensure site follows guidelines.
• Lead safety, quality, and ethical standards across sites.
• Prepare progress reports and manage changes.
