Qualifications

• 8+ years on-site project management or related experience.
• Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel/PowerPoint/Word/Project/Visio).
• Ability to walk sites, climb stairs, withstand weather, and stand long periods.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, P6 Primavera, PMWeb, Smartsheet, or similar.
• Hands-on problem solving with a passion for spacecraft systems.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter with bias for action and ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Passion for Blue Origin's mission: Millions of people living and working in space.
• Ability to earn trust, maintain relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
• OSHA Certification.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and oversee construction projects to meet schedules and budgets.
• Provide field oversight and create a customized schedule.
• Negotiate contracts with General Contractors and subcontractors.
• Develop and manage project documentation.
• Review compliance with regulations and ensure safety standards.
• Manage multiple projects with innovative problem solving.
• Approve invoices and manage billing.
• Report progress, risks, and KPIs to stakeholders.
• Lead contingency planning and scope changes.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
