Zusammenfassung

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex transit and public infrastructure initiatives onsite with clients. You’ll oversee safety, schedules, budgets, and multi-disciplinary teams from design through handover, coordinating with agencies and stakeholders to keep programs on time and within budget.

You’ll bring at least ten years in construction management, strong leadership, and familiarity with federal procurement rules.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction management on transit or public infrastructure projects (≥$30M).
• 3+ years of supervisory experience managing major construction contracts.
• Working knowledge of WSDOT and APWA standards for road, bridge, and municipal construction.
• Experience on FTA-funded projects and federal contract compliance.
• Valid Washington State driver's license (or ability to obtain).

Aufgaben

• Ensure safety of client employees, agency personnel, contractor staff, and travelers at all times.
• Serve as owner's representative overseeing project staff and operations.
• Support client executive leadership in delivery and management of the project.
• Monitor schedules and budgets; report to executive leadership; manage quality, cost, and schedule.
• Oversee engineering, construction, quality, safety, environmental and third-party activities.
• Represent client with community stakeholders, public agencies, and permitting authorities.
• Champion safety culture and strive for zero lost-time incidents.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and governance standards.
• Perform constructability reviews to improve delivery, safety and efficiency.
• Coordinate construction activities with transit operations to minimize service disruptions.
