Job summary

Accenture Construct is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead multi-faceted construction programs for data centers, power grids, rail networks and public infrastructure. You’ll manage contract administration, budgets, schedules and risk across complex projects from strategy through handover.

The role blends on-site collaboration with office work, requiring strong leadership and cross-functional coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture and/or engineering.
10+ years overseeing and managing all phases of higher education institution programs/projects.
Experience with preconstruction, construction and closeout phases and strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day contract administration, ensuring compliance with terms and procedures.
Develop, manage, and track project budgets; review proposals, change orders and pay applications.
Establish and maintain project schedules with milestones and critical path management.
Understand construction documentation, bidding procedures, startup/closeout, submittals, RFIs and change management.
