Accenture Construct seeks a senior Construction Manager to lead delivery of transit and public-infrastructure projects onsite in Seattle, WA. You will oversee safety, schedule, budgets, and contract compliance across large-scale programs from planning through handover.

Requires 10+ years in construction management on major projects, 3+ years in supervision, and a WA driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with Procore and MSP skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ten (10) years of experience in construction management on transit/public infrastructure projects.
• Three (3) years of supervisory experience with major contracts of similar size and scope.
• Valid Washington State driver’s license, or ability to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Monitor contractor operations for safety and compliance with regulations.
• Review operations for WISHA and DLI requirements.
• Maintain contract records on progress, budgets, and expenditures.
• Collaborate with contractors to ensure plans and quality standards are met.
• Perform field inspections to verify compliance with plans and permits.
• Prepare project reports and daily diaries documenting progress.
