Job summary

ICON, a leading world-scale 3D printing construction company, seeks a Construction Procurement Manager in Austin, TX. You will translate RFP buyout decisions into subcontracts, POs, and vendor agreements to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on procurement experience, contract administration discipline, and the ability to manage multiple active projects across ICON's national portfolio. Knowledge of COIs, lien waivers, and insurance requirements is essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in construction procurement or contract management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction PM software.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute subcontracts and purchase orders per RFP buyouts.
• Maintain vendor compliance docs (COIs, W-9s, lien waivers).
• Coordinate with PMs to align subcontract values with budgets.
• Monitor procurement logs and lead times.
• Support monthly cost forecasting and budget variances.
• Draft subcontract change orders and manage changes.
