Job summary

Qualifications

• 4+ years of construction procurement, subcontract administration, or contract management experience.
• Working knowledge of subcontract structures, cost drivers, and procurement timing.
• Experience negotiating, drafting and administering subcontracts and POs for concurrent projects.
• Procore or comparable construction PM/procurement platform experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; data-driven procurement tracking in Excel or Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and execute subcontracts and purchase orders aligned with project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Translate scopes of work into complete subcontract agreements with required terms and insurance provisions.
• Maintain vendor documentation: COIs, W-9s, lien waivers, licensing, qualifications.
• Coordinate with Project Managers/Estimators to confirm subcontract values meet budgets and buyout targets.
• Maintain procurement logs, buyout trackers, and delivery schedules; flag risks to the team.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely subcontractor and supplier invoices.
