Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction procurement, preferably with MILCON projects.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, UFC, and USACE/NAVFAC standards.
• Proven ability to manage subcontracts under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement lifecycle for MILCON projects, including trade outreach and bidding.
• Evaluate trade partner bids for compliance and cost competitiveness.
• Manage pipeline of bidding and contracting requests.
