Job summary

ICON in Austin, TX is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead project execution across its diverse portfolio including mixed-use and government facility projects. This role is responsible for the entire construction delivery lifecycle, with a strong focus on safety, cost control, and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will manage complex projects while providing constructability input, coordinating design teams, and ensuring seamless integration of innovative construction methods. This position demands a proven track record in the field, extensive experience with RFP processes, and strong leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of field construction management experience, with a minimum of 5 years on commercial or military projects.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.
• Proven experience leading an RFP/bid process, including scope development.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability reviews at various design milestones.
• Advise on cost, speed, and safety tradeoffs throughout design.
• Manage RFP process and bid package development.
