ICON is seeking a Construction Procurement Manager to join its Construction Operations team in Austin, TX. This role sits at the center of ICON's post-award project execution engine: translating approved RFP buyout decisions into executed subcontracts, purchase orders, and compliant vendor agreements that keep projects on schedule and on budget. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on construction procurement experience, a detail-oriented approach to contract administration, and the organizational discipline to manage multiple active projects simultaneously across ICON's growing national portfolio.
Success in this role requires a working knowledge of subcontract structures, insurance and lien requirements, invoice processing workflows, and trade partner management — all applied within a fast-paced, technology-driven construction environment unlike any other in the industry.
