Job summary

The Civi Group in Boston is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of construction projects, including K-12 facilities, from planning through completion. You will coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and labor partners while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s in engineering or construction management and 8+ years of project management experience on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience on large projects.
• Experience in K-12 / Education projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project administration, superintendents, and engineers to set/maintain priorities.
• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans from start to finish.
• Lead on-site efforts to uphold safety and quality controls.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors, and labor organizations.
